Acceptance of Terms

The services that Drott Hire Brisbane Pty Ltd provide to you are subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Use (“TOC’S”). Drott Hire Brisbane Pty Ltd reserves the right to update the TOC’S at any time without notice to you. The most current version of the TOC’S can be viewed by clicking on the “Terms and Conditions of Use” hypertext link located at the bottom of our Web pages.

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“TOC’S”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the https://www.drotthirebrisbane.au website and the mobile application (the “Service”) operated by us at Drott Hire Brisbane Pty Ltd.

Description of Services
Drott Hire Brisbane Pty Ltd provides services to your land or land you are authorised to engage our services for (collectively “Services”). The Services, including any improvements, enhancements, features, and/or the addition of any new Drott Hire Brisbane Pty Ltd services, are subject to the TOC’S.

Drott Hire Brisbane Pty Ltd has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for any third-party contractor services that you engage for services to your property concurrently with our services. You further acknowledge and agree that Drott Hire Brisbane Pty Ltd shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any third-party services.

By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these TOC’S. If you disagree with any part of the TOC’S, then you may not access the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these TOC’S at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 (change this) days’ notice prior to any new TOC’S taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

TOC’S of Trade

All invoices are paid in full on completion of work unless otherwise contracted. This will be agreed upon prior to commencement of any services.

We take Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa) Debit Card, Online Bank Transfer, Cash or Cheque (A requirement for accepting Cheques – we will require a Photo ID with a Current Address)
